Western NC Bridal Show Canceled
Benchmark II, LLC Continues to Help Small Businesses

BESSEMER CITY, NC - August 1, 2011 - The Western North Carolina Bridal Show held annually in Hickory, NC has been canceled. Due to lack of exhibitor commitments during strategic marketing windows, the 2012 show is unable to meet financial commitment deadlines. "Given the current economic uncertainty small businesses cannot seem to plan nor budget for future growth at this time," says Allison Gahrmann, lead Show Producer and owner of Benchmark II, LLC. Ms. Gahrmann has been producing shows since 1985 as a way to promote small businesses. The Hickory Metro Convention Center has been housing a bridal show for the past 14 years. "We hope bridal shows will continue at the Convention Center; however, producers may have to look to larger companies to sustain them. Ultimately, this could make it even more difficult for small businesses to thrive. Helping small businesses continues to be our focus. We, ourselves, are one. We understand the need."

Benchmark II, LLC (benchmarkii.com) will continue to provide support services for businesses on an as-needed basis. From simple, yet time consuming administrative tasks to business plans, small to medium businesses (SMB) can utilize Benchmark II's services to increase productivity without increasing overhead. Services are priced by the hour, weekly and/or by individual job.
